DraftZone API

Pull the same picks, projections, slates and track record that power the site into your own models, spreadsheets and bots. JSON over HTTPS, included with the Elite plan.

1. Get a key

Go to Account → API access and click Create API key. The key starts with dz_ and is shown once, so store it somewhere safe. You can have up to 5 keys and revoke any of them at any time.

2. Make a request

Base URL https://draftzone.net/api. Send the key in the X-API-Key header.

Schedule

  • GET/weeks/currentPublic

    The current NFL season and week.

Game predictions

  • GET/gamesKey for full data

    Every game in a week: projected score, winner, win probability, spread and total picks with the edge vs Vegas, weather and top players.

    Parameters: season, week. Season and week default to the current week.

  • GET/games/{game_id}Key for full data

    One game: all of the above plus every player's projection, the game plan (bet + matching FanDuel stack), projections by period and the weather edge.

FanDuel projections

  • GET/projectionsKey for full data

    Median, floor, ceiling, boom/bust odds, salary, value and projected ownership for every player, optionally for one slate or contest period.

    Parameters: season, week, position, slate_id, period (full|1h|2h|q1..q4). Season and week default to the current week.

  • GET/players/{player_id}Key for full data

    One player's projection with the drivers and risks behind it.

    Parameters: season, week. Season and week default to the current week.

  • GET/slatesKey for full data

    This week's FanDuel slates (Classic, Single Game, 2nd Half, 4th Quarter) with salaries loaded.

  • GET/dashboardKey for full data

    Best values, stacks, leverage plays, weather concerns and injuries.

    Parameters: season, week. Season and week default to the current week.

Lineup optimizer

  • POST/lineups/optimizeKey for full data

    Build FanDuel lineups. Returns players, salary, projection, ceiling and exposure.

    Parameters: JSON body: season, week, slate_id, contest (cash|single_entry|3max|20max|150max), n, locks, excludes, period. Season and week default to the current week.

Track record

  • GET/track-recordPublic

    Graded record (straight-up, ATS, over/under), projection accuracy and results by week.

    Parameters: season. Season and week default to the current week.

  • GET/track-record/picksPublic

    Every graded pick with the time it was made, the market line and the result.

    Parameters: season, format (json|csv). Season and week default to the current week.

Limits & errors

  • 120 requests per minute per key. Over the limit returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
  • 401 missing, invalid or revoked key · 402 the account isn't on Elite · 404 not found.
  • Projections refresh hourly and game picks lock at kickoff, so polling every 15 to 60 minutes is plenty.
  • Data is for your own use. Don't resell it or republish it in bulk. For entertainment; 21+.
